I worked (briefly) for an online bookseller carrying this title [nerdbooks.com]. Since the author published it independently, I couldn't rely on the usual sources to find cover art to thumbnail. As a conseqence, I had to contact the author directly in my attempts to obtain the cover art.
She was very nice; but I can certainly see why she had difficulty finding a publisher when insisting on this particular title.
